Trust infrastructure for emerging markets

Trust already exists. Kajco makes it count.

Corner stores and retailers already give credit to customers they trust. Kajco turns that trust into fair, digital credit, offered by the merchant and repaid to Kajco. We start with Trustline Credit in Nigeria.

The idea

Trust doesn't travel. We're building the rails that let it.

A merchant knows who pays on time. That knowledge sits in a notebook, so banks and lenders never see it. Kajco captures it with the customer's consent and puts it to work.

  2. FinanceGive verified customers fair, digital credit to buy what they need.
  3. LearnEvery repayment builds a record, and good behaviour unlocks more.

About

Built from inside the markets we serve.

Kajco is building a financial ecosystem around a simple idea: trust already exists in the markets we serve. It just isn't always captured in a form that financial systems can use.

Across emerging markets, people trade, borrow, repay and build businesses through relationships that often sit outside traditional financial infrastructure. A merchant knows which customers pay. A trader knows who can be trusted. A small business builds a repayment history long before it appears in a formal credit file.

Our first focus is credit. Through Kajco Credit, our first product is Trustline Credit: purchase financing delivered through the corner stores and retailers customers already trust. Today it runs on established identity, credit-bureau and payment systems, with every transaction mirrored into Kajco's own records. Over time, that data will build Kajco's own credit intelligence and support a broader range of financial products.

“The trust is already there in every market street. We're building the system that lets it count.”

Kajco Finance Ltd is a UK company. Its Nigerian subsidiary, Kajco Lending Services Ltd, runs our initial credit activities in Nigeria. Our approach has been shaped through practical work with businesses, conversations with industry professionals, mentors and partners, and direct observation of how credit and commerce work beyond traditional financial systems.
